Return Policy

At Mini Paw, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. However, due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of health and safety, we have implemented a strict return policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns on Used Products
For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been used, opened, or otherwise show signs of use. This policy is in place to ensure that all products remain hygienic and safe for all customers.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Unopened and Unused Products: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
3. Return Request Timeframe
- Return Requests: Must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We will not accept return requests after this period.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by Mini Paw before they are sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
- Inspection Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a condition that is not as described (e.g., missing parts, damaged), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the refund entirely.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: All clearance, discounted, or final sale items are non-returnable.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
- Claims: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- No Coverage for Wear and Tear: We do not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care.
