If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right — no stress, no drama.

✅ What’s Covered

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

• Your dog didn’t benefit from the product
• You received a damaged or defective item
• You changed your mind after giving it a try

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original condition (light use is okay — we get it, you tried it!)
• Include all original parts, packaging, and accessories
• Be requested within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking)

Note: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

🔁 Exchanges

If we sent the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Just contact us within 30 days, and we’ll make it right — fast, free, and with care.

❌ What’s Not Returnable

To protect product integrity and pet safety, we do not accept returns for:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items missing original parts or packaging
• Products with excessive wear or damage
• Opened filter refills or used replacement parts
