To make this possible, international orders are shipped through our global logistics partners. Here’s what to expect:

📦 Packaging & Branding

To ensure the fastest delivery and avoid customs delays, international orders arrive in manufacturer packaging.

  • You may see the label “Jianle Humidifier” with Chinese text on the box.

  • The device itself will not carry our MiniPaw® logo or “PawBreath®” name.

Why?
This streamlined packaging moves through customs faster, reduces unnecessary import duties, and keeps your cost far lower than if we shipped branded units internationally.

🚚 Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days (from our U.S. warehouse, in full MiniPaw® branded packaging).

  • International (Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand & more): 10–20 business days depending on customs and local carriers.

Tracking will be provided. Please note tracking updates may pause once the package transfers to your country’s postal system — this is normal.
